Prenatal to Postpartum Support Circle

This circle serves expecting and postpartum mothers as they prepare for and adjust to parenthood. Participants may explore the emotional challenges of this transition as well as the many adjustments in household and relationship dynamics.

Join us on 2nd and 4th Mondays from 10-11am for Prenatal to Postpartum Support Circle. This circle serves expecting and postpartum mothers as they prepare for and adjust to parenthood. Participants may explore the emotional challenges of this transition as well as the many adjustments in household and relationship dynamics. Whether you are going through stress, adjustment to parenting, Baby Blues, pregnancy or postpartum depression or anxiety, this Circle offers a supportive place to connect with other moms who are also managing the same issues. Babies & toddlers are welcome to come and play! This group is non-clinical in nature. We will offer peer support and cannot give professional advice, diagnose, prescribe, or in any way treat Postpartum Mood Disorders.
