This is a mental health awareness event specifically towards depression and suicide prevention. Let's STOP the STIGMA around mental health and gather as a community and give support so no one has to suffer in SILENCE. We will have guest speakers that will discuss the importance of mental health, guest speakers who will tell their stories, performers and additional resources. Lets not suffer in silence anymore, lets spread advocacy and awareness around the importance of Mental Health.
